  • Avoid blood-thinning supplements (fish oil, vitamin E, turmeric) 24–48 hours prior if receiving injectables.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours pre-injectables to reduce bruising.
  • Hydrate well before body contouring or wellness services.
  • Arrive makeup-free if receiving facial treatments.
  • Wear comfortable clothing for body services or scans.
